Plumbing Repair Services
It’s easy to know when it’s time to get a professional plumber to help you with plumbing repairs. If you can’t tackle your basic plumbing problem with just a plunger or leaking issues are causing potentially dangerous mold and mildew problems, it’s time to call in the experts from A-Abel.
There are several factors to consider when choosing the best water heater for your household needs.
When researching water heaters you’ll want to take into account energy efficiency. A more energy efficient hot water heater may be a bit more of an investment but it will end up saving you more money in the long run. Many energy efficiency hot water heaters are also eligible for a rebate. By purchasing a new heater from A-Abel, you can receive rebates from DP&L and DUKE up to $400.
When it comes to tank water heaters vs. tankless, water heaters with a tank are still the most popular option for many households today. Storage tank water heaters require less maintenance and are typically a less expensive option upfront. The downside is that they use much more energy since the water that’s stored in the tank has to continually be reheated if not immediately used. Tankless water heaters (also called on-demand water heaters), on the other hand, require a lot less space so are a better option if you don’t have a lot of room to spare in your home. They use a complex coil system to heat water as needed, which can greatly save on your energy bills. The downside to tankless, though, is that they’re usually a more expensive investment upfront.
When it comes to hot water heaters, size matters. To help figure out what size you’ll need, think about how many gallons of water your household uses at peak times, such as when the shower is running, along with the dishwasher and washing machine.
The average lifespan of a water heater is about 10 to 15 years. With that in mind, you’ll want to think about what type of warranty is included with the hot water heater you decide to purchase.
At A-Abel, our water heaters carry a 6-15 year warranty (depending on the model) so you know you’re getting the best warranty in the business. When you choose us for your next water heater, you’ll also be provided with licensed and insured installers that will pick up, deliver, and install your new water heater then haul away and take care of clean up afterwards.
We install more water heaters in the local area so you can trust that you’re in good hands when choosing a water heater with us.
